Welcome to our new blog series, 90292 Eats, which explores dining in Marina del Rey. The staff of the Marina del Rey Convention & Visitors Bureau is more than happy to try out our local restaurants and point you in the right direction of what to order. Bon Appétit!
Tony P’s Dockside grill
The Yums
For eats, a cup of clam chowder is a popular starter, but I also give two thumbs up to Chef Bill’s French Onion Soup. The latter comes with a thick layer of bubbling Swiss and Parmesan, which seals up the hearty stew.
The rest of the robust menu is drool-worthy, too. Tony’s Special Pasta is a meat-lover’s paradise that combines sweet Italian sausage, capicola, and meatballs. Seafood dinner specials always tempt, and the Alaskan king crab leg combo (paired with your choice of garlic shrimp, flat iron steak, or filet mignon) is the way to go in my book.
There are about five other entrées competing for my attention on the next visit, so stay tuned.
P.S. Tony’s offers several multicourse paired beer dinners throughout the year, so watch our Events Calendar and Tony’s website for updates.
