BUT FIRST…COFFEE! ALFRED OPENS THURSDAY, DEC. 8

Alfred Coffee is scheduled to open in its Marina del Rey location at the Boardwalk Shops (4635 Admiralty Way, just around the corner from HiHo Cheeseburger!). If you’re headed to the Holiday Boat Parade festivities in the afternoon of Saturday, December 10, this new coffee spot is worth the side trip! Beloved by many for its coffee and matcha, the L.A.-based coffee chain will surely be embraced by locals and visitors needing a caffeine kick. Expect loads of photos and videos on your social feed featuring their famous neon “But first, coffee” slogan, too. Open daily: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

 

 

BEACHSIDE

This beachfront restaurant is offering a three-course prix fixe Holiday Dinner on December 25 and New Year’s Eve Dinner on December 31. Enjoy outdoor heated patio spaces and gorgeous beach views. Click here for more information.


 

HOLIDAY DINING CRUISE

EL TORITO 

Feast on an All-You-Can-Eat Christmas Brunch featuring Mexican cuisine on Christmas Day at this waterfront location in Fisherman’s Village. From a trp-tip and ham carving station and apple-jalapeño stuffing to unlimited champagne, this is the place to celebrate the holidays. $36 per adult; $12 per child. SINDER: BOAT PARADE AFTER PARTY  

Make your way to Sinder at the Marina del Rey Marriott after the Holiday Boat Parade to enjoy live music, holiday cocktails and holiday cookie gathering from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 10. NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY AT TONY P’S 

Ring in the New Year with live music, dancing, and window views of the Marina del Rey fireworks at Tony P’s Dockside Grill. No cover charge for dinner service patrons, and $20 at the door if you arrive after dinner. Celebrate 2023 with a midnight balloon drop and a champagne toast.
