The spectacular display of sparkling lights and decor will take place every night throughout December. Enjoy a seaside stroll under the holiday lights. Bring a hot cup of cocoa or pick up food from nearby restaurants. Free.

The Los Angeles County Department of Beaches & Harbors presents Movie Nights in Burton Chace Park! Pack your picnic baskets and enjoy outdoor movie screenings under the stars. Movies start at 8 p.m., but arrive by 7 to pick out your spot on the lawn. Free admission!

Friday Habitat Restoration

Roll up your sleeves to help the Friends of Ballona Wetlands restore the last coastal wetland in Los Angeles. Get hands-on-experience while learning about urban ecology. Activities are recommended for ages 7 and up. Youths 16 and under should be accompanied by an adult. Suggested donation is $5 per person.
